On July 11, The Sinaloa Cartel boss/Mexico's top drug kingpin Joaquin Guzman Loera (a.k.a. "El Chapo" Guzman) escaped a federal maximum security prison in Mexico after bribing prison guards. The drug trafficker is now wanted by The Mexican PGR and the U.S. DEA. "Welcome Home Chapo" is an ode to the 60-year-old cocky crime boss.
