The Hood Internet (@hoodinternet) and ShowYouSuck (@ShowYouSuck) - "Mom Jeans 2.0"

29-year-old Chicago native ShowYouSuck (real name Clinton Sandifer) began rapping in the 7th grade recording homemade rap songs onto cassettes over popular hip-hop instrumentals in his bedroom with his friends just wishing he could be in the spotlight and get his songs played on the radio.

Fast-foward to 2010, Clinton Sandifer was working at a tatto parlor but quit to pursue his music career full-time. Since 2010. ShowYouSuck has released 5 mixtapes and 5 EP’s including the groundbreaking One Man Pizza Party mixtape series and his 2014 breakthrough rap rock album Dude Bro (available on iTunes and Spotify)

ShowYouSuck doesn’t fit into the typical rapper stereotype (wearing gold teeth, driving fancy cars, and making videos that feature scantily clad women).

ShowYouSuck draws from comic books, cartoons, 80’s new wave, synth pop, hardcore metal, trap music, 80’s films, 80’s pop culture, etc.
