The song starts with dialogue from the film Scarface.  Alejandro Sosa's personal bodyguard Alberto, (also known as The Shadow) plants a bomb under  the whistle blower's car planning to detonate it before he drives to the  United Nations Building to give a speech about Sosa and his entire drug operation in Bolivia. In New York City,  Alberto with Tony Montana, Ernie, and Chi-Chi tail the car with a remote-controlled detonator. They are surprised to see the man's wife and two daughters enter the car with him. Tony, now extremely reluctant to continue with the hit as he is afraid of killing innocent people, especially women and children, a fact that was of no concern to Alberto. 

When Alberto tries to detonate the bomb anyway,Tony completely snaps and shoots Alberto (the hitman who was supposed to kill the Bolivian journalist) in the head before he could detonate the bomb (What do you think I am? You think I'd kill two kids and a woman? Fuck that! I don't need that shit in my life. You die motherfucker! What'd you think of that, huh? What you think, I'm a fucking worm like you? I told you, man, I told you! Don't fuck with me! I told you, no fucking kids! No, but you wouldn't listen, why, you stupid fuck, look at you now!”)
