The Richard Pryor Show was an American comedy variety series starring Richard Pryor along with Robin Williams, Paul Mooney, Tim Reid, John Witherspoon, Sandra Bernhard, Vic Dunlop, Edie McClurg, Marsha Warfield and produced by Rocco Urbisci for Burt Sugarman Productions.
It premiered on NBC on September 13, 1977 at 8 p.m. in the middle of "family hour" on Tuesdays.
opposite ABC's popular TV.. shows Happy Days and Laverne & Shirley (a spin-off from Happy Days)
