On July 1st, Gucci Mane released his latest project from behind bars, titled Trapology, after generating an immense buzz with two singles "Parking Lot" featuring Snoop Dogg and "Young Niggas" including Jadakiss alongside Fetty Wap simultaneously.
Last year, Brick Squad Records head huncho Gucci Mane plead quilty to possession of a handgun by a felon. A Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. In his plea deal’ The District Attorneys’ office advocated for Gucci Mane to stay in prison until 2017.
While serving a jail term in the Terre Haute U.S. Penitentiary, Gucci Mane has gone on to release countless projects from prison. Gucci, Gucci Mane released his 14th digital album on January 3, 2015, 1017 Mafia: Incarcerated, the third installment of his Brick Factory series, Brick Factory 3, From Zone 6, triple digital album Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, a follow-up EP entitled Dessert, Trap House 5: The Last Chapter on April 6, 2015, and a 10-song mixtape, King Gucci on May 20, 2015.
