Former gourmet chef turned rapper Action Bronson from Flushing, Queens has released several mixtapes (2012’s Blue Chips, 2012’s Rare Chandeliers and 2013’s Blue Chips 2 with compeers Party Supplies and Alchemist). In 2012, he signed to Warner Bros. Records and Atlantic Records' imprint Vice Records (record label run by independent free magazine Vice). On June 11, 2013, Vice and Atlantic Records released the 7-song EP Saaab Stories produced entirely by longtime collaborator Harry Fraud.
On March 23, Vice and Atlantic Records released Action Bronson's well-received third studio album,"Mr. Wonderful." The album was produced by several noteworthy beatmakers (The Alchemist, Mark Ronson, Noah "40" Shebib, Omen, Party Supplies, Statik Selektah, and 88-Keys) and supported by four singles, "Easy Rider", "Actin Crazy", "Terry" and "Baby Blue".
