Clay James just released a new single dedicated to sippin' lean and Houston DJ/Screwed-up Records Founder DJ Screw.
Lean (definition): Lean is a mixed drink made with Promethazine w/Codeine (purple syrup, active ingredient), Sprite Soda, Jolly rancher candy (flavor additive) served in a styrofoam cup and causes motor skill impairment, lethargy, extreme drowsiness, as well as a disassociative feeling from all other parts of the body.
