Hungry up-and-comer Mercy grew up near the Everglades of South Florida and was inspired by his talented bass-playing father and his older brother who is also a skilled rapper inspired him to pursue musical career. Deft MC Rakim (One half of golden age hip hop duo Eric B. & Rakim) and Mobb Depp along with other hip-hop acts during the 90’s had a huge impact on a teenage Mercy.

Mercy recently released the third installment of his hughley successful Prestige series. The Prestige 3 features guest appearances from Sean Price, Ransom, BlaQ, see.francis, and JQ paired with board-smith Solidified’s cinematic production.

The Prestige 3 is pieced together with both stirring beats and scenic rhymes that convey the dark side of The Sunshine State’s modern landscape.
