Poltergeist is an upcoming reboot of the supernatural thriller film 1982 film of the same name and stars Sam Rockwell, Jared Harris, Rosemarie DeWitt, Saxon Sharbino, Kyle Catlett, Kennedi Clements, Nicholas Braun and Jane Adams.
An ordinary family's suburban home is occupied by angry ghosts. When the frightening apparitions mount their attacks and abduct the Bowen's 5-year-old daughter, the family attempt to rescue her with the help from a spiritual medium/ghost buster Carrigan Burke.
The film is scheduled to be released on May 22, 2015 with Sam Raimi (Evil Dead series and the original Spider-Man trilogy) as producer and Gil Kenan (“Monster House”) as director.
