A California Highway Patrol officer rescued an inebriateddriver who passed out in the driver’s seat while on a busy San Diego area freeway. The unconscious woman was stopped in the middle of the northbound 805 with cars speeding by early Friday when a passerby ran to the vehicle and tried to awaken her.
