Lil' Rue (Livewire) Beats Up and Chokes Out Drunk Fan In Front Of A Liquor Store In East Oakland (Video)
Lil' Rue was standing in front of a liquor store minding his business until suddenly a "a knock" appeared out of nowhere and tried to attack Lil' Rue. That's when Lil' Rue punched the drunk fan in the fan then put his hands around the drunk fan's and proceededchoke him until he was no longer able to breath and it was all caught on video.
